NBA’s Black Women Leadership Experience: A Communal Space - by Rev Dr Yolanda Norton The Black Women’s Leadership Experience supports Black women, ages 23-30, in their spiritual and vocational pursuits. One of the ways the BWLE provides growth, support, and development for these young adult leaders is through its Residential Program.
The NBA Social Entrepreneurship team is excited about the launch of our pilot imPACT Fellowship, onboarding two exceptional fellows dedicated to advancing social entrepreneurship within historically marginalized or under-resourced communities in the United States.

NBA Holds 2nd Annual Hybrid Mental Health Professionals Conference.
The National Benevolent Association is pleased to announce the addition of Cameron Cunningham as the Mental Health and Wellness Coordinator on October 1, 2024.
This fall NBA launched four new Peer Learning & Wellness Group cohorts simultaneously for Chaplains, Executive Leaders, Prison & Jail Ministry and the initial cohort of the Asian/Pacific Islander (API) Young Adults.
This past summer, three young adult Black women and three Black women Disciples leaders gathered together with NBA staff in Washington, D.C. to launch the inaugural cohort of the Black Women’s Leadership Experience (BWLE) residency program.
