The Reset: A Weekly Video Devotion for Mind & Spirit
The purpose of this ongoing project is to provide virtual spiritual and mental health care to senior adults through the production of video devotions on Facebook. The medical community and religious community have noted the traumatic impact that COVID-19 is having on our mental and spiritual health. To help mental and spiritual health management, virtual opportunities gather for prayer, sometimes a mental health tip, an encouraging word, and a question to ponder will be offered weekly through our Facebook Live devotional.
