Thomas Campbell Apartments

This mission of the Thomas Campbell Christian Center (TCCC) campus is comprised of the Thomas Campbell Apartments and the Thomas Campbell North Apartments. TCCC provides safe, affordable housing for low-and moderate-income elderly individuals and handicapped, mobility-impaired, and disabled adults. In addition, the Thomas Campbell Christian Center strives to enhance a healthy, active lifestyle for our residents through quality support services.

TCCC provides housing for senior and disabled adults on a 10-acre campus. They are the largest affordable housing project in the Washington area. We have onsite Property Management and Social Services staff that serve our residents so that they may continue to age in place successfully.

The walking trails and pavilion development will directly help Thomas Campbell Christian Center to enhance its ability “to provide a healthy, active, independent lifestyle for our residents” by developing the green space of the property that is not currently being used wisely or efficiently for residents and by conducting new outdoor exercise programs that are not possible in the current facilities. The five acres of undeveloped land will be converted into a usable park-like area including walking trails, a covered pavilion, and adequate space to walk pets.
