Cleveland, OH—Cleveland Christian Home (The Centers) exists to be a haven of hope and healing for children, youth and families struggling with mental illness, abuse and neglect. Cleveland Christian Home will be a center of excellence providing the highest quality services to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual, cultural, and spiritual needs of children, youth, and families.

2019-20 Mission & Ministry Grant: Art & Expressive Therapies Program ($15,000)
Youth & Young Adults
The Cleveland Christian Home seeks funding for Expressive Therapies: art, music, drama therapy, yoga, and meditation. When these practices are used in tandem with traditional psychiatric or mental health services, they dramatically improve the success of treatment, daily functioning, and sustainability of well-being in kids who have experienced trauma.
Fall 2023 Mission & Ministry Grant: Fostering Restorative Care and Normalcy for Youth in Residential Care ($5,000)

Fostering Restorative Care and Normalcy for Youth in Residential Care: providing youth age-appropriate activities that support their lessons in school, improve their social-emotional development and create a sense of normalcy.
Fall 2024 Mission & Ministry Grant: Therapeutic Activities that Foster Healing and Learning for At Risk Youth ($7,000)
Youth & Young Adults
Therapeutic Activities that Foster Healing and Learning for At-Risk Youth: community outings and programming to create an inclusive and empowering environment that prepares our residents/youth for reintegration into their communities, ensuring that they feel safe, valued, and connected as they transition toward independence.
