NBA CFO and VP of Administration Gary Zimmerman to Retire After 34 Years of Service
After 34 years of service, Gary Zimmerman will retire from his role as the CFO (Chief Financial Officer) and Vice President of Administration at the National Benevolent Association. Gary began his time with the NBA during the ministry’s centennial year in 1987 as the Director of Central Office Accounting. In the intervening years, Gary’s staff leadership included serving as the Director of Corporate Accounting and Associate Vice President for Financial Management. In 2005, he was appointed CFO and in 2012 took on the additional role of Vice President of Administration which he’s held since.
“Gary has been an invaluable leader at NBA, especially as it relates to the management of resources and ensuring fiscal responsibility. We have been blessed with Gary’s financial leadership over these decades,” says NBA President and CEO, Mark D. Anderson. “His level of integrity and accountability are commendable.
