NBA Welcomes New Senior Associate of Marketing
The National Benevolent Association is pleased to announce that Britt DeTienne joined the team as Senior Marketing Associate at the end of May. DeTienne brings nearly a decade of experience in marketing and communications to NBA. He most recently served as the Marketing and Communications Manager at Spokane International Airport, where he developed communications assets and helped shape messaging to promote the airport’s passenger and business development initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. In addition to working in the airport and aviation industry, he has also been involved in professional development with the Leadership Spokane program and has extensive experience in customer service, focusing on the scholarly book industry.
“I am excited to welcome Britt to the NBA team,” said Kristy Vaughan, Director of Marketing. “As we continue to enhance our existing programs and launch new initiatives, effective communication will be a critical component to amplify our message to ministry partners, supporters, nonprofits, and the General Church (Disciples of Christ). Britt’s knowledge and skills will be a valuable asset to help us in this effort.”
In his role with the NBA DeTienne will help oversee the organization’s social media presence, manage and maintain the organization’s website and develop content and graphics for digital media and marketing materials. Additionally, he will support communications plans, promotional needs, reporting and strategy to aid in sharing the overall history and ministry of the NBA with current and new audiences.
